You hereby authorize Leap to submit rebate applications ("Utility Rebate Application") on your behalf. Leap may use your Utility Data that you have separately authorized Leap to access per your participation in related services, along with the information you have provided to Leap directly to write and submit the Utility Rebate Application.
Upon completing the necessary information and agreeing to the Terms, Leap will submit your rebate application to your Utility ("Utility") on your behalf. Your Utility in its sole discretion shall accept or reject your rebate application.
If you are approved, you will receive the Utility Rebate funds directly from Utility, and not from Leap, in accordance with the Utility Rebate's terms and conditions. You are responsible for complying with any further terms and conditions from your Utility with respect to the Utility Rebate.
